All tools are used unless stated otherwise. Every item is inspected, tested where applicable, and photographed in-house. Any wear, markings, or imperfections are clearly shown in the listing so you know exactly what you’re buying.
📦 How fast do you ship orders?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Full details are available on our Shipping Information page.
🚚 Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Every order includes tracking, and you’ll receive the tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
🔄 Do you accept returns?
Yes — we offer returns under two categories:
Change of mind: Accepted within 3 days, with a 20% restocking fee. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty or misdescribed items: If an item is faulty or not as described, it’s covered under Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or remedy, provided the issue is notified within 7 days of delivery.
